Shipping Policy

At Colorado Softball Academy, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping options, and delivery expectations.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary based on location and carrier availability:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high order volumes.

3. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please first check your tracking number.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please wait 24 hours and check with neighbors or your local post office.
  • If your order is lost in transit, contact us at crowley@cosoftballacademy.com, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at crowley@cosoftballacademy.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as needed.

7. Changes & Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed but can be requested within 24 hours of purchase by contacting crowley@cosoftballacademy.com.
